Best way to speak to a member of staff?

If you need to speak to a member of staff, there are several ways you can do this depending on what your concern or worry is.

To help you identify the staff member your require here is a list of our staffing structure.

WELLBEING

If you have any concerns regarding your child’s wellbeing, please speak to a member of our pastoral team (Mrs Kok or Mrs Hazell) or the Headteacher. You can arrange this by:

  • Speaking to one of the pastoral team in the morning at drop off or at pick up. You can find them on the playground or at the field gate.
  • Telephoning the school and arranging a meeting
  • Emailing admin@wavendongateschool.co.uk to arrange a meeting.

MEDICAL FORMS  

If you would like to speak to someone regarding medical information, the best person to contact is Mrs Chandler or the Headteacher. You can arrange this by:

  • Popping into the school office to talk to Mrs Chandler
  • Telephone the school and arrange a meeting
  • Emailing admin@wavendongateschool.co.uk to arrange a meeting.

ATTENDANCE

If you would like to speak to someone regarding attendance, the best people to speak to are either Mrs Kok, Mrs Hazell or the Headteacher. You can arrange this by:

  • Speaking to either Mrs Kok or Mrs hazell on the playground before or after school
  • Telephone the school and arrange a meeting
  • Emailing admin@wavendongateschool.co.uk to arrange a meeting

SCHOOL WORK

Concern about school work please speak to the class teacher regarding this. You can arrange this by:

  • If you speak to the member of staff that is on your child’s door in the morning or after school, they can pass a message on to the class teacher for you.
  • Telephoning the school and arranging a meeting
  • Emailing admin@wavendongateschool.co.uk to arrange a meeting.

BEHAVIOUR

Concern regarding behaviour of your child or another child please speak to the Phase Leader, Assistant Headteacher or the Headteacher. You can arrange this by:
